Pick a Postcard

The second theme is FINALLY here. After some (LOADS of) thought, and amazing inspiration from Molly Skaggs (CULTIVATE unleashing creativity), I have discovered the next glorious theme. I am a traveller at heart and imagination. I love to say that I love to travel even though I don't make time to do it often enough. But there are still so many places I want to see and explore. One of the beautiful ways I can do this is through looking at the postcards of said places I would like to go. Because as a writer I find myself getting lost in the imagination of what it could be like to jump into the small piece of paper. But because I cannot (physically or magically unfortunately) I want to create a world within the postcards that represent the places we want to see.

Here is how it is going to work:

• I will upload pictures of three postcards over the weekend on FB and Insta and you the get to pick which one I have to use as inspiration for a written piece

• You have to comment whether I should write a poem or short story

• And of course tag two friends

• First person to do all of the above, GETS THE POSTCARD they voted for, signed by me

This of course means the postcard that gets the most votes, takes away the chance of the other two ever being chosen. So vote wisely and step into the world of adventure with me.

There are quite a few postcards which means (great news for you guys and gals) this theme will be running a while.

First post with postcard pictures will be posted this weekend (stating 20th September).
